If you are not happy with your experience, I will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave my salon feeling amazing! If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, I am happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a re-do service.

To ensure that all valued clients receive the best level of service, I do have a cancellation and late policy. All reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee Cancellation fee is 50% of the service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, depending on the time allotted , you may not be able to have all services scheduled provided.
